Dr. Lowe is retiring!

Below is a copy of the letter sent to all patients

Dear patients,

This letter is to inform you that I will be retiring and closing my private practice on September 27, 2017. If I could sum up my 46 years in the practice of medicine in 1 word it would be “privileged”. I have been privileged to have taken care of so many wonderful people and gotten to know them from being newborns to becoming adult friends, privileged to be involved with some of the most important decisions of their lives and privileged to learn as much as I have taught. I will continue to be ivolved with community health education and to work at the Ventura Youth Correctional Facility. I will still be available to you for any free nutritional or spiritual counseling you may need. You can reach me at the same office number which will remain in service.

As of September 27, the Rasaasen Family Medical Group in Thousand Oaks will be the custodian of your medical records. I am recommending their practice for continuation of your medical care because of their similar philosophy of patient care. Both Jonathan and Amanda Rosaasen are family practice physicians and they also have a female physician assistant on their team. They are able to accept all of you, should you decide to continue your care with them. If you would like a provider on our side of the Conejo grade, I would recommend Dr. Sergio Neira, a general internist. He is seeing patients of at least 16 years of age, but does not see ADHD patients. If you already have another provider in mind, we are happy to provide a CD copy of your complete medical rcords for $20. If you would like the CD mailed to you, the fee will be $25.
